Blue Egg Gallery will be featuring Indianapolis Art Center Artist Member R. Carol Skinner's new drawings. The drawings will be a Statue Composite, the Veteran's Memorial, City Hall, and the Japanese Garden. Prints and cards for each artwork will be available.
