The African American Museum in historic Fair Park, Dallas, Texas would like to invite you to enter the Carroll Harris Simms National Black Art Competition and Exhibition. A one person exhibtion will be offered to an artist whose work shows outstanding merit. The Museum agrees to schedule an exhibition for the winner of Best of Show within a two year perios and the artist agrees to donate a piece of artywork, at the Museum's discretion, to the permanent collection.
Eligibility: The Biennial is open to all African American artists residing in the United States
Accepted Media: Paitning, Drawing, Sculpture, Printmaking, Mixed Media, and Photography
