Part Time - Front-End Web Programmer / Web Designer Needed for Ad Agency

This position will assist our Interactive Director with the creating, building, and maintaing of our client's interactive needs.

• Proficiency in CSS and HTML
• Strong Understanding of Web design
• Mastery of Photoshop
• Experience in building sites with Content Management Systems (CMSs)
• Creative, dynamic, and a team player
• Outstanding communication skills
• Detail-oriented

Bonus Points for:

• Experience in video production and editing
• Knowledge of Final Cut Express and Flash
• Understanding of JavaScript and PHP

We're looking for someone to work up to 20 hours a week from our office in Indianapolis, with flexible scheduling.

Poster Display Company is embarking on an "Art Publishing" project that may have the potential of opening up several full-time and part-time positions for skilled artists. The type of work is "Giclee" and we plan on interviewing and hiring within the next few weeks. The project is planned to begin mid to late April. Depending upon the success of marketing this project, we could easily have as many as 5 to 10 full-time positions and 10 or more part-time positions. We anticipate hours or shift flexibility that will cover anytime between 7 a.m. and midnight weekdays, including some weekend availability. Wages will be based upon experience.
