Artist Referral: Calligraphy Mission Statement
Vice President of Communications at the SPA Society, Dave Shatkowski, is seeking an organization mission statement written in calligraphy to replace the old mission statement (one word has changed). Two are needed hang in our office. Current print size is about 14” x 16” and current frame size is about 18” x 20”. The medium is two framed prints. The deadline is the end of March, or before. There is no budget because it was unknown that the mission statement would change when the budget was set for the year. I also don’t have any idea what the standard cost for this type of project would be, but there is no problem paying any reasonable estimate. You may contact Dave at 317.726.5022 or by e-mail at dshatkowski@incpas.org

Riley IU Health Hospital Butterfly Momentos
Amy Corey is a nurse at Riley at IU Health North Hospital in Carmel, Indiana. The hospital hosts an annual pediatric memorial service where remembrance of those children cared for at IU North who have died all too young. In the past, butterflies have been the theme since the first service in 2007. Each year, families who attend the service offer a small butterfly favor as a gift for celebrating the day with the hospital and to service as a reminder of the many children. IU Health would be interested in either wood carved butterfly momentos, ceramic butterflies, or blown glass or even butterfly snatchers. There is a nominal fee for the items as the budget is quite limited. There is a need of 50 favors to have enough for each family. You may reach Amy at 317.688.3449 or acorey@iuhealth.org for more information.
